chipSHARP
chipSHARP is a novel, easy-to-use web-based suite of software intended for analysis of microarray data. It has Gene Set Enrichment Analysis capability, coupled with false discovery analysis, using robust algorithms that are independent of data distribution. Importantly, in addition to capability to use a t-test approach to compare two conditions, it can compare multiple conditions using ANOVA or the novel ΔΔ statistic.
